A brainstorm programme for the HR-team about implementing Personal Employment within the whole organisation.

CONCEPT

How does a fast-growing company stay personal?
Cornelis Serveert developed a programme with knowledge ‘tables’ , each of which examined a key issue. Playful interactive tools such as an analogue data visualisation challenged table guests to reflect on the content and practical aspects of the company’s new internal vision. The result was a collectively written recipe for the future that will be implemented and will be developed further in the years to come.

Cornelis Serveert organised the setting as well as the tools and acted as coach.

RESULT

This is the result of the project:

  • A commonly agreed foundation for one of the most important expansion-themes of BOL.com and its business philosophy.
  • A collectively developed visualisation of expectations, needs and various force fields.
  • A motivating setting to get everyone on board and in which teamwork was achieved through the belief in the potential of Personal Employment.
  • Concrete steps to horizontally implement the discussed strategyin the company.
